Every label, heading, and column name in JobSeam is configurable per group. A consulting firm sees "Consultants," "Pods," and "Practices." A university sees "Students," "Cohorts," and their own terminology. The match engine, filters, and data model are identical underneath.
candidate_label setting (e.g. "Consultant", "Student", "Trainee"). This label cascades throughout the UI: page titles, column headers, button text, filter chips, and notification messages. A group admin sets it once in Settings → Terminology. No code change, no redeployment.
There are currently 4 active groups across 3 contexts in this demo: 2 consulting firms, 2 universities. All use the same codebase, the same AI matching engine, and the same job index.
