What JobSeam is and who it helps.

What is JobSeam, and what problem does it solve?

JobSeam is a job market intelligence platform for job seekers, employers, and recruiters, with additional workflows for education and placement teams. The problem it solves: matching the right consultant to the right opportunity takes real effort, and most teams are still doing it manually through scattered emails, spreadsheets, and gut feel. JobSeam structures that process. It turns vendor requirements into structured records and helps your team compare consultants with opportunities. Run a match to review a ranked shortlist and see where skills fit or need a closer look.

Is it suitable for staffing, recruiting, student placement, or individual job search?

The primary use case is IT staffing and C2C teams that manage a consultant bench and receive requirements from vendor emails. The platform also supports education and placement teams matching students or graduates to opportunities, and individual job seekers reviewing their fit against open roles. Terminology is configurable, so consultants can become students or candidates, and advisors can become placement coordinators or coaches. If your workflow involves matching people to opportunities and tracking that activity, the core platform likely covers it. Contact us to discuss your specific setup.

What can JobSeam tell me that I cannot get from LinkedIn, job boards, or a spreadsheet?

LinkedIn and job boards show individual postings. A spreadsheet tracks what you decide to write down. JobSeam brings requirement parsing, consultant matching, and skill comparisons into one workflow. Start with a requirement to find consultants, or start with a consultant to explore relevant opportunities. Review the matching evidence and refresh results when your data changes. Your team can cover more reqs, with more consultants, in the same amount of time.

Questions about the workflow

A closer look at how it works.

How does JobSeam match consultants to requirements?

JobSeam compares the consultant profile with the requirement using exact skills and semantic equivalents. Your team can review the skill breakdown and missing skills alongside the score.

Can I start with a consultant instead of a job?

Yes. Requirement matching finds consultants for a role; reverse matching finds relevant requirements for a consultant. Both directions are included in the current Founding, Starter, and Growth plans.

Where do requirements and job opportunities come from?

Requirements can come from a connected vendor mailbox, while job opportunities come from supported sources and markets. Coverage depends on your configured sources and plan; JobSeam does not claim to include every open job.

What happens to vendor emails?

Email ingestion extracts structured requirement details, detects duplicates, and routes requirements for review. Approval rules can be configured for trusted sources, rate thresholds, or title keywords.

Does JobSeam submit consultants automatically?

The workflow shown here keeps the rep in control: review the match, then use the Right-to-Represent action. Requirement auto-approval rules are separate from the decision to send an RTR.

What does RTR mean, and what is tracked?

RTR means Right-to-Represent. The workflow helps prepare and send the request from the match view. Activity records capture the action, timestamp, and actor so your team can follow up.

Can my team customize its jobs workspace?

Yes. The documented jobs workspace offers configurable columns, filters, up to three sort levels, and saved personal defaults. Dashboard drill-downs open related filtered job views.

How do I get started?

Book a free 20-minute demo. Use sample data or bring an anonymized resume. We’ll review your workflow and plan fit, then coordinate assisted onboarding if you decide to join. Resume sharing is arranged after booking.

Where can I find technical details and plan limits?

The detailed feature guide covers dashboards, job controls, settings, and supported workflows. Standard membership uses the JobSeam-hosted service. Dedicated or customer-managed deployment arrangements require a separate discussion and agreement. Pricing lists user, consultant, mailbox, and market capacities.

Setup and getting started

Getting your team running.

Is JobSeam hosted, or do we need to install it ourselves?

JobSeam is currently offered as a hosted service managed by Quezaal. You access it through your browser; you do not need to install or maintain a JobSeam server. We manage platform hosting, maintenance, and updates. If your organisation needs a dedicated environment or a different deployment arrangement, see the dedicated deployment question below.

Can we discuss a dedicated environment or deployment in our own infrastructure?

Yes. If your organisation needs a dedicated hosted environment, a customer-managed cloud deployment, or an on-premise setup, contact us to discuss your requirements. We’ll review security, data residency, integrations, and operational needs together, then confirm feasibility, scope, pricing, timeline, and support responsibilities. These arrangements are evaluated separately from standard hosted membership and agreed before implementation.

Does JobSeam work for teams based in India that submit to US vendors?

Yes. JobSeam is built for IT staffing and C2C operations that target the US market, regardless of where your team is located. The Founding plan covers US-origin requirements and vendor sources. Teams based in India managing US client submissions are a core use case.

How long does it take to get set up?

We help you get started in the JobSeam-hosted workspace. Standard onboarding includes initial access configuration, guidance on template-based roster import and resume upload, connection guidance for included mailboxes, and reviewing your first matches. Assisted onboarding is included with the Founding plan. We’ll confirm the setup timeline based on your data and workflow; no server installation is required.

Can we bring in our existing consultant profiles, or do we start from scratch?

You upload your existing resumes and the platform parses each one into a structured profile automatically. There is no manual re-entry. Profiles can be reviewed and corrected after parsing before they are used for matching.

Coverage and job data

What the platform covers.

Which countries, industries, roles, and job sources does it cover?

JobSeam covers the US, Canada, UK, Europe, India, Australia, Singapore, UAE, and several additional markets. Your plan capacity determines how many markets your account includes. Job sources include Dice, Indeed, LinkedIn, Glassdoor, ZipRecruiter, Monster, Google Jobs, We Work Remotely, and SimplyHired, alongside requirements from your connected vendor mailbox. Industry focus is IT and technology roles: software engineering, data, infrastructure, project management, and adjacent technical functions.

How fresh is the job data, and how are duplicates and expired postings handled?

Job sources are refreshed on a regular cycle, with a configurable freshness cutoff that filters out older postings from your workspace. Vendor email requirements are parsed as they arrive. For email-sourced reqs, duplicate detection groups requirements from the same source with matching key fields so your team reviews each req once, not repeatedly. Postings that disappear from their source are reflected in your workspace when the next update runs.

Can I explore demand by skill, location, seniority, salary, and work setting?

Yes. Requirements and job postings are structured into searchable fields including skill, location, seniority, rate range, visa status, and work setting where stated (remote, hybrid, onsite). Rate and compensation data is extracted from both vendor emails and public postings where available, and per-market currency is applied automatically. You can filter your jobs workspace by any combination of these fields. Dedicated demand trend analytics across the full market (for example, trending skills by region over time) are on the roadmap but are not a current feature.

Does JobSeam determine I-9, E-Verify, SOC, wage, or PAF compliance?

JobSeam organizes a seven-stage review workflow, LCA/worksite and posting records, I-9/E-Verify tracking, SOC/wage references, supporting documents, and candidate activity. Your team can generate five unsigned DOCX drafts and administrators can explicitly publish reviewed PDFs to an employer-specific public PAF page. It does not automatically certify compliance, file LCAs or H-1B petitions, or replace a compliant electronic Form I-9 system, legal advice, or required inspection arrangements. External integrations depend on configuration.

Data and privacy

Where your data goes.

Where is our data hosted, and can Quezaal’s recruiting team see it?

Your data is stored in the JobSeam-hosted service operated by Quezaal. Quezaal’s role as platform operator is separate from its role as a recruiting customer. Its recruiting workspace has no access to other customers’ candidate or client records, and its own recruiting records are not available to other customers. Any service administration or support access is a separate matter governed by the applicable service terms and permissions; it does not make customer data available for recruiting. Before uploading sensitive resumes or client information, review our privacy policy and contact us to confirm hosting location, service-provider processing, staff access, and any specific data-handling requirements. If you have specific data residency or infrastructure requirements, we can discuss a dedicated deployment arrangement separately.

When we connect a req mailbox, does JobSeam access our full inbox?

No. You connect a dedicated mailbox set up specifically for vendor requirements, a separate address your vendors send reqs to. The platform reads from that mailbox only. Your main business inbox is never touched.

What happens to our data if we cancel?

Before joining or closing your account, discuss your offboarding needs with our team. We will confirm the available export scope and formats, retention requirements, backup handling, and deletion timelines as part of your service terms. Cancellation should not be treated as an immediate data deletion request.

Matching and workflow

How the AI and RTR actually work.

What if a consultant scores low but our rep knows they're a strong fit?

The score is a starting point, not a gate. Your rep can open any match regardless of score, review the exact and related skill breakdown, and proceed to RTR. JobSeam supports your team's judgment: nothing is blocked based on score, and there is no minimum threshold to submit.

How does JobSeam change how many reqs a team can process?

Without JobSeam, reqs arrive as unstructured emails and matching is done manually: a rep reads a req, thinks about who might fit, and checks a spreadsheet. With JobSeam, ingested requirements become structured job cards. Your team can run matching to build a ranked shortlist and review skill gaps. Resume parsing can also trigger matching in a configured workflow. New or changed requirements need refreshed matches; continuous matching across every consultant and requirement is not promised.

Does the platform send the RTR email automatically, or does the rep still send it?

The rep sends it. JobSeam prepares the RTR action from the match view and logs the full activity, including consultant, requirement, vendor, and timestamp, but the rep reviews and confirms before anything goes out. There is no fully automated submission. Every RTR is a deliberate choice by your team.

Can I see exactly why a profile matches a role and which skills are missing?

Yes. Every match opens a detailed breakdown: exact skills the consultant shares with the req, semantically equivalent skills that count toward the score, and skills the req asks for that the consultant does not currently show. The gap list is one of the most useful parts of the view because it tells your rep what to address before submitting, or helps them decide whether a gap is a dealbreaker before spending time on it.

What happens when a resume or job description has incomplete or incorrect information?

Parsed consultant profiles can be reviewed and corrected before they are used for matching. If the parser misreads a skill, experience period, or title, your rep can edit the profile directly. Requirement fields extracted from emails or postings are editable in the req card too. Matching runs against the structured data, so cleaning up a profile or req improves the scores it produces. Incomplete fields simply do not contribute to the score for that dimension: they are not silently filled in or assumed.

Can I track applications, submissions, follow-ups, and outcomes in one place?

The staffing workflow includes submission history, pipeline stages, interview scheduling, and recorded placement outcomes. Your team updates stages as progress is confirmed, so reporting depends on keeping those records current. These records do not independently confirm a hire with an external client or ATS. Ask us to demonstrate the complete workflow for your use case before choosing a plan.

Tools and integrations

Working with your existing stack.

Will JobSeam work with our existing email, ATS, CRM, and other tools?

Email: yes. You connect a dedicated inbox and requirements flow in automatically. For ATS job pages including LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Indeed, Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, and most standard ATS platforms, there is a browser-based import that pulls a job description directly into your workspace in one click. Native API integration with ATS or CRM platforms like Bullhorn or JobDiva is not currently available as a built-in connector. Most teams today use JobSeam alongside their existing ATS rather than replacing it. Direct two-way sync is on the roadmap.

Teams, access, and controls

Permissions and visibility.

Can we control permissions, keep teams separate, and review an audit history?

Yes to all three. Role-based access control separates admin-level configuration from standard team use. Admins control user access, registration, and mailbox settings; standard users work within the workspace without touching those controls. Every RTR submission and key action is logged with timestamp and user attribution, and audit records are visible to admins. Full workspace isolation between separate teams within a single account is available at the Enterprise tier. Contact us if that structure is a requirement for your organisation.

Pricing and commitment

Before you commit.

Are public prices available, or do we need a custom quote?

Founding, Starter, and Growth have published monthly and annual prices with defined capacity. Book a demo to confirm the fit. Enterprise capacity, private hosting, custom integration development, assisted migration, and dedicated services require a separate quote. See included scope or Contact Sales.

Can we pay monthly or annually?

Yes. Monthly team prices are Founding $199, Starter $299, and Growth $699. Annual prepayment is $1,990, $2,990, and $6,990 respectively for twelve months—the cost of ten monthly payments. Features and capacity stay the same. Taxes, cancellation, refund, and renewal terms are confirmed in your order form. Compare billing options.

What happens after the 12-month founding price lock ends?

We will confirm renewal pricing before the period ends. The founding price is a commitment to early customers for the first 12 months. You will know what the renewal looks like well before anything changes, so you can make an informed decision.

Is there a free trial before committing to $199 per month?

There is no self-service trial, but the 20-minute demo is the evaluation path. Bring one anonymized consultant resume and we will run a live match against real requirements so you can see what the platform produces for your specific bench before you decide. Book a slot at jobseam.com/demo.

Which plan fits us, and what limits apply to users, profiles, mailboxes, markets, and AI usage?

Founding ($199/mo or $1,990/year, first 5 companies): 5 users, 100 consultants, 1 mailbox, US market. Starter ($299/mo or $2,990/year): 5 users, 200 consultants, 1 mailbox, US market. Growth ($699/mo or $6,990/year): 15 users, 1,000 consultants, 5 mailboxes, 5 markets, plus priority support. Matching is included within your agreed plan scope. Your team can run and refresh matches as profiles and requirements change. There are no separate AI credit charges on current plans: matching is included. Enterprise handles larger teams and custom capacity. Full comparison at jobseam.com/pricing.

What is the total cost, including setup, additional usage, upgrades, and renewal?

Choose monthly billing or annual prepayment for the published subscription price. There is no setup fee for standard assisted onboarding, which is included in the listed plans. It covers initial team configuration, template-based import guidance, and guidance on connecting included mailboxes. Private hosting, custom integration development, assisted legacy-data migration or cleanup, additional capacity, and dedicated service arrangements are scoped and quoted separately. Third-party services have their own fees and terms. There are no per-match or per-query fees: AI usage is included within your plan's capacity. Upgrade timing and any annual-plan adjustment are confirmed with your team before a change. Renewal after the founding 12-month price lock is at standard plan rates, confirmed before the period ends with time to decide.

Can I test it with my own use case before paying, and how should I measure its value?

Yes. Bring one anonymized consultant resume to the demo and we run a live match against current open requirements, so you see exactly what the platform produces for your bench before you commit. A useful way to measure fit after you start: count how many reqs your team manually reviewed last week, then see how many ranked matches JobSeam surfaces for the same consultants in the same time. The gap between those two numbers is where the platform's value shows up most clearly.

What support do I receive, and what happens to my data if I cancel?

Founding, Starter, and Growth customers receive standard assisted onboarding and can reach the team at hello@jobseam.com. Growth plan includes priority support with faster response targets. Enterprise plans include dedicated support and SLA options confirmed during setup. Discuss offboarding before your account closes. Available exports, retention, backup handling, and deletion timelines need to be confirmed in your service terms.

Does using JobSeam mean Quezaal represents me?

No. JobSeam’s candidate software journey and Quezaal’s recruiting service are separate choices. The public recruiting form goes to Quezaal’s team only when you request that service; it does not create a JobSeam account or a shared marketplace listing.

Can staffing subscribers access every submitted candidate profile?

No. JobSeam does not offer a public candidate pool or access to unrelated customers’ profiles. Candidate records are private to the company that controls them. Sharing is limited to authorized users within that company, or explicitly authorized parties under a sharing agreement, within its agreed scope. A subscription alone never grants access to another company’s data.
